At the Starscreen Awards, Shah Rukh Khan asked Salman about his plans to get married. In a casual tone, Salman responded, “Secret ye hai ki meri shaadi ho chuki hai,” which translates to “The secret is that I am already married.” This statement left Shah Rukh and others at the award show in disbelief. Shah Rukh, clearly taken aback, asked, “What, teri shaadi ho chuki hai?” meaning, “Are you already married?” The Tiger Zinda Hai star continued the joke, saying that he is tired of being asked about his marriage plans and decided to reveal that he has been married for some time. He humorously added that he had been married to a “secret woman” and was now ready to share this information with the world. A curious Shah Rukh Khan further asked Salman where he got married. With a straight face, Salman replied, “In my dreams.” This witty response caused laughter among the audience, including Shah Rukh Khan. When the Jawan star asked Salman who he married in his dreams, Salman quipped that he wakes up before seeing the girl’s face because he feels nervous whenever she appears in his dreams.
