Los Angeles, do you have Tuesday-night plans? Because Vulture has something fun for you to do. Guaranteed! That’s the name. Presented by Vulture, Guaranteed! is a new biweekly comedy show at L.A.’s Lyric Hyperion theater hosted by two of 2024’s Comedians You Should and Will Know, MANDAL and Skyler Higley. They’re two of the most exciting young comedians to move to L.A. in years, and the pairing of their complementary styles makes Guaranteed! a must-attend.

MANDAL is a comedian out of Atlanta who recently moved to L.A. after popular appearances on the podcasts Stavvy’s World, The Danny Brown Show, and All Fantasy Everything. He has an Adult Swim Smalls series called Mandal Takes an L. Higley is from Chicago, where he was a writer for the Onion before joining the writing staff of Conan. More recently, he moved to L.A. to write for After Midnight and the 2025 Oscars (that Drake joke was his).

Guaranteed! comes after the success of Pretty Major, Vulture’s biweekly stand-up showcase that has been taking place at Brooklyn’s Union Hall since 2021. Over the past couple decades, L.A. has been home to many legendary regular stand-up shows, and Guaranteed! is … guaranteed to join that grand tradition. The show makes its debut at 7:30 p.m. on March 25, then runs the second and fourth Tuesday of every month. Check out the lineups for the first three shows below, and buy tickets here. See you there!
