Ajay Devgn recently appeared in Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again. The action packed cop dramma received mixed reviews from the critics as well as audience. It is the third instalment from Rohit’s Singham franchise. In the movie, we see Ajay’s character in intense fight and action sequences. In an interview, the actor was asked about his views on masculine characters in Bollywood.
Ajay Devgn on what’s missing in Bollywood
While talking on Ranveer Allahbadia’s show, Ajay Devgn got candid about how actors like Jackie Shroff,l Amitabh Bachchan and Sunny Deol would act like ‘real men’ on screen. According to the Singham Again star, that is missing from the male actors in the fiolm industry. Ajay Devgn said that in today’s time, we don’t see a dominating male personality. “All are boys; you don’t see men-men. In the earlier generation, we saw men even in my generation, from Jackie Shroff to Amitabh Bachchan, they were all men.” Coming to Singham Again, the movie has entered Rs 200 crore club at the box office. It clashed with Kartik AAryan, Vidya Balan and Madhuri Dixit’s Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 on November 1. Along with Ajay, the cop action drama also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan, Akshay Kumar, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Tiger Shroff and Arjun Kapoor.
