Singer Neha Kakkar and Rohanpreet Singh have received threats by Jalandar’s Nihang Maan Singh. Nihang belongs to Budha Dal and has warned the couple for ‘obscene content’ on social media. He went live on his Facebook page and warned Neha and Rohanpreet to delete their ‘obscene’ photos and videos from social media. He wants the couple to keep their relationship behind the parda (curtain). As reported by several entertainment news portals, Nihang Maan Singh said on his live that people who post obscene content online will be first explained with love to not do that. However, the second time, they will be “taught a lesson.”. While talking about Neha Kakkar and Rohanpreet Singh, Nihang said that they will even go to jail for this. But won’t allow any kind of filth in the society. Further in the video, he took Neha Kakkar’s name and asked his followers to convey his message to the Bollywood singer. The Budha Dal member said, “Please convey our message to Neha Kakkar that a wife should be kept by her husband behind the curtain. You people have ruined Punjab. Have some shame. We accept that you people are film stars and good singers, so you do some good work and keep your thinking good too. What are you people serving your children? At this time, rivers of intoxication and vulgarity are flowing in Punjab.” Nihang Maan Singh said that it is their own Sardar brothers who are serving vulgarity online. According to him, such people are not real Sardars and come from random places and call themselves one. “Those who have ancestral Sardarship, they respect it,” he stated. So far, neither Neha nor Rohanpreet has reacted to these warnings and threats.

Meanwhile, for quite some time, there were reports that Neha and Rohanpreet were getting divorced. However, Singh clarified in an interview earlier that none of it is true.
