Although Nimrit made her acting debut in the television show Choti Sardarni, it was her stint in Salman Khan‘s Bigg Boss 16 that made her a household name. During her time in Bigg Boss 16, while she was cordial and had a good rapport with almost every contestant, she never gelled along with Ankit Gupta and especially Priyanka Chahar Choudhary. Has Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia forgiven Priyanka Chahar Choudhary, Ankit Gupta?

In an interview with Siddharth Kannan, Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia was asked if she has forgiven her Bigg Boss 16 co-contestants Priyanka Chahar Choudhary and Ankit Gupta. To which the Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 star stated that there’s nothing to forgive. She said that Bigg Boss was a reality and content-driven show and whatever happened was because the format of the show was like that. She firmly mentions that she doesn’t hold any grudges against Priyanka Chahar Choudhary or Ankit Gupta. In fact, she wishes them all the best and hopes they excel in their professional careers. She states that be it her, Priyanka, or Ankit, all of them come from simple families, have worked very hard, and hence everyone deserves to get their credit. For those unaware, Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia and Priyanka Chahar Choudhary had met each other before entering Bigg Boss 16. While they thought they would hit it off, they, in fact, were the only two people who never hit it off and were at loggerheads even when the show was nearing its finale. While Nimrit’s journey in Bigg Boss 16 ended before the final week, Priyanka emerged as the second runner-up.
