Parineeti Chopra on ‘being back’ as an actor

The actress said her phone has not stopped ringing. She said she is overwhelmed with the love she is getting for Chamkila. On Instagram, she posted some pics from the BTS of the film and said, “Curled up in my blanket. Overwhelmed with your words, calls, and movie reviews. (tears are not stopping) “PARINEETI IS BACK.” These words are ringing loud. Hadn’t thought of this. Yes I am back, and not going anywhere!”

Parineeti Chopra replies to a netizen who said she had less backing than her contemporaries

A netizen complimented her on X and said Parineeti Chopra was outstanding in Ishaqzaade, and also in movies like Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar. The person also said that lack of backing was an obstacle for the actress.

What an actor @ParineetiChopra has been right from Ishaqzaade to Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar and now in #AmarSinghChamkila. If she had the kind of backing that her contemporaries had, she would have done wonders in the last decade.
