Anupamaa: Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai star Shivangi Joshi to lead Rupali Ganguly’s show post leap?

Rupali Ganguly and Gaurav Khanna starrer Anupamaa has been in the news. The show has been at the top of the TRP charts. We have seen some interesting episodes of the show recently and finally Anu, Anuj have reunited. Things are going on well but Anu has to face many issues because of Vanraj and the Shah family. We also saw that she and Anuj have decided to take back the Kapadia empire from Ankush and Barkha legally. All these problems have been cropping up but there have been reports that the story is going to move forward now. It is being said that the show is taking a 10-15 years leap. We might see many characters leaving the show while Anu and Anuj will remain a part of it. Yes, Gaurav Khanna, Rupali Ganguly will stay back in the show. However, nothing has been confirmed. But recently, Madalsa Sharma who left the show confirmed that the show is taking a 10-15 years leap and there will be many changes in the show post that.

Shivangi Joshi to enter Anupamaa post leap?

Now, a report in Zoom TV’s YouTube says that a new actress will be joining the show as the lead. It has been reported Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai actress Shivangi Joshi has been approached to play the lead role in the show. However, nothing is confirmed yet. But this also looks a bit unsure as we have seen Shivangi play Naira in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai and she had introduced Rupali as Anupamaa. Hence, it would look odd if she joins in as the lead post leap. It has been reported that Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai actress Kanchi Singh has also been approached to be a part of Anupamaa post leap. Again, nothing has been confirmed yet.
