A lot seemed to not be as invested. In particular, after seeing what the show was offering, there were a lot of netizens who criticized some of the aspects of the show, including the over-the-top sound effects and writing, particularly pointing out plot holes already appearing.
The consensus also seemed to be that the actors shined, but the story and show couldn’t be saved from a star cast.

One fan even stated that it seems so predictable, from the plot to the characters, that if it didn’t change in some way, they would probably stop watching it. In particular, after the success of past Disney+ K-Drama series, they had expected a lot more from a show that had a lot of potential with the storyline, similar to DC’s Arrow.

Others were more willing to give the show a chance but emphasized that the first episodes hadn’t impressed them considering the hype that was seemingly there before the release.
