The Don director also stressed the importance of artistic freedom. Farhan mentioned that he doesn’t believe in restricting creative expression and would never tell another filmmaker or writer what kind of movie they should or shouldn’t make. He acknowledged that the audience will decide what they want from movies. When asked whether women are more attracted to “alpha male” characters, Farhan stated that people have their own choices and some may indeed be drawn to such traits. He believes that there must be people who find alpha males attractive. Further, the Lakshya director was asked to define alpha males’. Farhan described it as someone who seeks attention and always wants to be at the top of the pyramid. He is like the leader of a pack. Farhan said that there must be people who believe they’re better and smarter than others. But there are also individuals who handle certain situations better than others. Farhan suggested that an alpha male doesn’t need to constantly prove his superiority to others. The actor stated that if such individuals have to go around banging a drum and telling others about their greatness, it raises doubts about their true strength. Farhan added that genuine respect comes from treating everyone with dignity, ensuring that each person feels valued and significant in one’s life.
