The two rose to fame after their performances in Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin. They met on the sets of the show and fell in love. They played the roles of Virat and Pakhi in the show. Neil was the lead while Aishwarya played the main antagonist in the show. The two have been facing a lot of trolling ever since they got married because the show’s loyal fans loved Neil with the female lead of the show, Ayesha Singh. Aishwarya, Neil talk about gender pay disparity

Now, speaking to Pune Times, the couple spoke about handling trolling. They said that trolling has become a culture in the society and in the entertainment industry. They condemn it but it cannot be banned. Hence, they feel that as actors they should learn to ignore trolling. Aishwarya shared that people should not give 15 minutes of fame to anyone. Aishwarya and Neil also spoke about gender pay disparity. Aishwarya Sharma shared that she gives attention to her own remuneration than what others are getting or else she won’t be able to work. However, Aishwarya and Neil support equal pay to men and women. Neil said that multiple factors like experience, hours of work should be considered while deciding the pay and if the factors are same then the pay should be equal.

On the work front, there were reports that Neil Bhatt will be seen in Rohit Shetty‘s Khatron Ke Khiladi 14. However, nothing is confirmed yet. There were rumours that he has bagged another TV show as well.
