Reports that the filmmaker was upset with Salman did the rounds after Inshallah got stalled. It seems he had planned to cast Alia Bhatt and him in a spring-autumn love story. Even Alia Bhatt was present at the screening of Heeramandi. The backdrop would be the holy town of Varanasi. Yesterday, trade expert Atul Mohan of Complete Cinema posted that a shelved project between a top A-list actor and filmmaker might be revived. It seems an official announcement is going to happen soon. Many believe it can be Inshallah.
